This is a rather light meal that mixes codfish with vegetables. A sauce made with mustard, wine, and cream will enhance the dish. Very simple and quickly prepare for you and your friend.

Cod back and its julienne of vegetables

Ingredients

 2 cod back
 300 g frozen vegetable julienne
 4 tbsp semi-thick fresh cream
 2 tbsp old-fashioned mustard
 50 ml white wine
 2 tbsp lemon juice
 Salt & pepper
 Butter

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the vegetable julienne in a little butter during thawing

In a bowl, prepare the sauce by mixing the cream, mustard, white wine, lemon juice, salt and, pepper

Stop browning

Add the prepared sauce and mix well

Add the cod back on the julienne

Put in quick cooking or under pressure 3 minutes
