Cod back and Provençale vegetables

This is a recipe with the good summer tasting vegetables. You take some zucchinis and sun-ripe tomatoes from the garden to fix the wonderful dish. It will be full of flavor.

Ingredients

 3 cod fillets
 1 tbsp olive oil
 Garlic
 Rosemary and thyme
 Spices for sun vegetables
 Pepper
 3 zucchinis
 3 tomatoes
 1 onion
 Thai rice
 200 ml water

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the vegetables and onion

Add the mixed spices

Add the Thai rice and 200ml water

Put the fish fillets on top

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 5min
