This is a recipe of codfish with a rich creamy sauce. A dash of cheese will make it taste even better. Serve it with some rice and you will have the perfect dish for your friend and yourself
Ingredients
2 slices of cod back of 100g
150 ml 150ml thick fresh cream
1 tbsp parsley
2 tbsp chopped garlic
60 ml water
600 g sliced potato
2 handfuls of grated cheese
Salt, pepper
Directions
Put the fish in the water for at least 2 hours to desalinate it
Put the potatoes, cream, parsley, garlic and, water in the tank
Put the instant pot in quick cooking mode 10min
Add the cod with the other ingredients in the bowl
Put the instant pot in simmer mode 35 min.
