This is an exotic recipe for codfish with some Asian spices and herbs. It is made very quickly and should taste absolutely delicious with some rice to accompany it. It should also smell very good.
Ingredients
600 g cod
200 ml coconut milk
1 Lime (juice and zest)
1.50 cm of fresh ginger
4 spring onions, minced
2 tbsp Curry
140 g soy sprouts
Directions
Add cod, lemon juice and zest, coconut milk, spring onions, and ginger in the instant pot.
Salt and pepper
Put it in pressure cooking 3min
Serve with white rice.
After cooking, add soy sprouts, mix.
Serve with white rice.
