Ingredients
250 g cod back
1 cup champagne
Salt, pepper
1 shallot
150 g rice
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp oil
200 ml liquid cream
Directions
Flour the fish
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Brown the fish in oil with the shallot
Add salt and pepper
Deglaze with Champaign and add rice and cream
