This is going to be a really good and tasty first course. You use some coral lentils with a lot of spices before transforming into a cream.
Ingredients
200 g coral lentils
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 shallots, minced
280 g carrots, minced
800 ml poultry broth
30 g butter
1 tbsp curry powde
2 tbsp sesame oil
150 ml liquid cream 15% of MG
Salt and pepper
Directions
Put half of the butter in the tank
Preheating
Fry the shallots, then the carrots
Stop browning
Add the lentils, broth, and curry in the tank
Salt and pepper
Pressure cooking 8min
After cooking
Add the sesame oil and cream, mix
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
