Semolina is usually served with meat and vegetables but you can also have it as a dessert. In that recipe, you fix it up with pear and honey. It should give a really nice dessert.
Ingredients
100 g fine semolina
220 ml water
50 g liquid honey
2 pears
Cinnamon powder
Directions
Place the pear cubes, honey, water and cinnamon in the vat
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 5min
Pour the syrup on the semolina
Let stand 5 min
Serve with the pears
