Cream cauliflower and potatoes

 500 g frozen cauliflower
 500 g potatoes
 4 eggs
 1 can tuna
 400 ml fresh cream
 Salt, pepper

In the tank of the instant pot put cauliflower, potatoes peeled and cut into large cubes, eggs (without removing the shell) and a little coarse salt

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 5min

Meanwhile, put the cream and tuna in a saucepan and gently heat

Serve the drained potatoes and cauliflower, shelled eggs and the cream-tuna mixture.
