This is a soup with some exotism in it. Apart from carrots, you will use sweet potatoes, coconut milk, and curry. The result should be delicious and also be good for vegetarian.

Ingredients

 4 carrots in slices
 Sweet potatoes (same weight as carrots) in slices
 1 can of coconut milk
 1 vegetable bouillon cube
 1 pinch of curry
 1 cup of water

Directions

Put all ingredients in the tank

Switch to pressure cooking mode 20min

Mix at the end of cooking
