Even if the recipe calls for frozen vegetables, you can use some fresh ones instead. The soup consists of cauliflower and broccoli mixed up together with milk.

500 ml milk
150 ml thick cream
1 pinch nutmeg powder
1 vegetable bouillon cube
Directions
In the tank of the instant pot put the cauliflower, broccoli, and milk
Add the broth cube
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 10min
At the end of cooking, mix with all the other ingredients
