Asparagus is one of the first spring vegetables. It's a delicious and healthy vegetable to have at your table. You can fix al kind of dish with it. In the following recipe, you have a soup of asparagus with cream.
Ingredients
800 g green asparagus in a jar
1 shallots, minced
3 small potatoes, minced
1 tbsp veal stock
500 ml water
2 tbsp fresh cream
Parsley sprigs
Directions
Put all ingredients in the instant pot except cream and parsley
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 10min
At the end of the cooking mix in the fresh cream
Sprinkle with parsley when ready to serve
