Zucchinis make a wonderful soup. You can add all kind of herbs and spices to the soup. You also can put zucchinis in the freezer during summer and make delicious soups in the winter
Ingredients
500 g zucchini
½ onion, minced
1 cube of vegetable bouillon
350 ml water
10 g butter
4 individual soft cheese wrap
Directions
Cut the zucchini into slices or small
cubes Put everything in the tank except the butter and the cheese
Put it in quick cooking or under pressure 8 mn
At the end of cooking add the butter and the cheese and mix
