Put the spinach in the tank
Cover with water
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10min
Put the spinach to drain
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Brown the fish fillets in a mixture of butter and oil
Once gilded, add the spinach to the fillets and liquid cream
Leave the instant pot in brown mode 5min while stirring from time to time
