If your favorite is almond or if you are intolerant to lactose, you may want to try that recipe. Almond milk is used with some special honey to give it a unique flavor.
Ingredients
450 g unsweetened almond milk
2 sheets of gelatin 2g eacg
60 g mandarin honey (or other)
10 g cornstarch
60 g almond puree
4 tbsp praline
Directions
Soak the gelatin leaves in cold water
Dissolve the cornstarch in a little almond milk
Place all the ingredients in the bowl
Put the instant pot in \mode browning
Bring to a boil while stirring
Stop the mode browning
Put it in ramekins
Refrigerate 12 hours
Decorate with praline
