Here is a quick and easy recipe of risotto. It consists of fish steak cooked on top of rice. After the dish is cooked, the cream will be added to enrich the preparation.
Ingredients
250 g basmati rice
200 g frozen button mushrooms, minced
4 slices of frozen hake in cubes (defrost slightly to cut them)
2 tbsp mustard
Salt, pepper
50 ml liquid fresh cream
Directions
Put all the ingredients in the instant pot except the cream
Cover with water until the rice is covered
Cooking under pressure for 6min
At the end of cooking, add the fresh cream
