Ingredients
400 g Crozet
1 minced onion
800 ml water
300 ml fresh cream
200 g bacon
1 round soft cheese (reblochon) in strips
Salt, pepper
1 little white wine
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Add the bacon and onions
Add the white wine
Add the Crozet
Add the water
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 5min
At the end of the cooking add the cream, salt, and pepper
Put the cheese on top
Put back in pressure cooking 4min
