Here is a refreshing first course for summer evening installed on a terrace with friends. It consists of individuals cups of haddock and beans mix with cream
Ingredients
300 g haddock fillet
200 ml milk
200 ml water
400 g frozen peeled beans
100 ml whole liquid cream (30%MG) whipped
2 tsp vegetable oil
Salt, pepper
Directions
Pour milk, water, and oil into the tank
Add haddock
Add steam basket above
Put the beans in the basket
Season to taste
Start cooking under pressure for 4 minutes
Crumble the haddock
Mix the beans with juice
Add the cream
Serve in cups
