20 raw prawns, peeled
400 g peas, frozen
1 tbsp curry powder
2 stems of chopped onion or sweet onion
150 ml coconut milk
2 fresh ginger piece, in strips
1 mango, peeled, in stick
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Pour the oil into the bowl
Sauté the spring onion, ginger, and curry
Stop the brown mode
Add all the other ingredients
Season with salt and pepper
