Cuttlefish with pastis

This is about cuttlefish and potatoes. An interesting preparation that is probably pretty unusual. Nevertheless, it should taste good and surprise your guest.

Ingredients

 3 kg of cuttlefish slices
 2 kg of potatoes cut lengthwise
 2 egg yolks
  Oil
 Mustard
 Spigol saffron
 1 carrot in rings
 1 minced onion
 1 bouquet garnished
 3 cloves
 ½ cap of pastis

Directions

In the bowl put the carrots, onions, cloves, fish, bouquet garnished, saffron, and pastis

Cover with water

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 20min

Remove the cuttlefish but keep the liquid in the bowl

Add the potatoes

Back to quick cooking 6min

Serve with saffron mayonnaise
