Deer with blackcurrant

In season, you may want to fix some deer meat with the usual accompany of fruits and a few good spices. This is a simple dish quickly made that should satisfy your hungry guest.

Ingredients

 5 deer filet of 180gr
 180 g frozen blackcurrants
 3 tbsp oil
 3 pears peeled, seeded and halved in length
 70 ml veal juice
 600 g potatoes in cubes of 1cm
 60 ml red wine
 3 pinches of gingerbread mixture or 4 spices
 Salt and pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Salt and pepper the filet

Brown them in oil

Set aside in a plate

Put the potatoes in the bowl and brown 1 to 2 min

Deglazed with the red wine

Add the veal juice fruits, meat and spices

Cook under pressure for 4 minute

At the end of cooking, open the instant pot and let it stand for 2min
