Ingredients
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 chopped red onion
2 chopped garlic cloves
2 tbsp Indian spice mixture
1 tbsp turmeric
500 g cooked lentils, canned
80 g crushed peeled tomatoes
130 ml coconut milk
1 lime, in quarters
2 sprigs of coriander
Directions
Place the oil in the bowl
Put in mode browning
Add the spices and cook them 30 seconds
Add the onion and garlic, cook 1 minute
Add the other ingredients except for the coriander leaves and the lemon
Cook 3 minutes
Add the coriander leaves and the lemon
Serve with lemon quarters
