When the cherries are in season, you could try to prepare that easy recipe. Take a few pitted cherries and mix them up with the duck slices. The whole dish served in a Port and cream sauce.

1 duck breast, sliced
1 large onion, minced
150 ml Port
100 ml liquid cream
A few pitted cherries
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp veal stock
1 bay leaf
Directions

Fry the duck and onion 3min
