Here is a nice summer dish where you can use the first summer pears. You will cook the duck with the fruit in a nice sauce with some ginger to flavor it nicely.
Ingredients
4 duck breasts in pieces
700 g potatoes cut into small cubes
Chopped ginger
Parsley
Spices
500 ml bouillon
4 pears
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Fry the breasts cut into pieces 4min
Reserve
Fry the potatoes
Add the ginger, parsley, spices, and broth
Put the pears cut into small pieces
Put the duck back
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10min
