I suppose you can cut any types of meat into a roast. In that recipe, duck is used. It will be mixed up with potatoes and cover in a pepper sauce.
Put the roast and potatoes in the steam basket
Add in the tank 200ml of water
Switch to pressure cooking 20min
At the end of cooking, empty the tank
Put the roast, potatoes, and jar of sauce
Put the instant pot in warm condition for 10min
