Here is a different way to present the hard-boiled eggs. After they cooled, you cut them in half and mix the yellow with mayonnaise. A few herbs and paprika on top would enhance the presentation.

Put the eggs in the vat
Cover with water
Put the instant pot under pressure for 4min
Let the eggs cool down before peeling them
Cut them in half and take out the yolk
Crush the yolk with mayonnaise
Garnish the whites with the mixture
