Print Options:

Endives and white runny French cheese

 4 medium endives cut into pieces
 2 medium potatoes cut into pieces
 1 large onion, minced
 25 g smoked bacon pieces
 2 Strasbourg sausages in rings
  jar of plain cheese
 ½ glass of white wine
 Salt, pepper

Set the instant pot to mode browning

Pour the white wine into the bowl

Add the potatoes,

Add onion, bacon, and sausages

Brown 2min

Add endives

Mix

Pour cheese over mixture

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 3min

At the end of cooking return the instant pot to mode browning to evaporate some of the cooking liquid
