This is another version of endives mix up with different ingredients. Potatoes, ham and a thick sauce made of cream will create a great and delicious dish.
Ingredients
500 g potatoes cut into pieces
300 g endives cut into pieces
4 slices of ham cut into pieces
200 ml water with 1 chicken cube broth
20 g cornstarch
Parsley
100 ml thick cream
Crushed garlic
Shallots finely cut
Directions
Set the instant pot to mode browning
Put the endives, potatoes, and ham in the bowl
Cover with water and the cube of bouillon
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10min
Add the cream and cornstarch diluted in a little water
Keep it in warm mode while the sauce thickens
