Print Options:

Endives, Roquefort and in a light way

 3 endives in strips
 3 cloves of garlic crushed
 25 g Roquefort
 100 ml water
 5 g cornstarch
 Salt, pepper
 3 large scallops

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown for 2 minutes, the endives and 2/3 of the garlic

Add water, pepper, salt, and Roquefort

Put the instant pot under pressure cooking 7min

Thicken with cornstarch

In a frying pan, brown the scallops with garlic

Serve the scallops on a bed of endives
