Do you like goose liver? Here is a recipe where you have meat roll stuffed with goose liver. Some chestnut will be added to the dish. Cover in a thick sauce of wine and cream, it's going to be delicious.

Ingredients

 4 meatrolls stuffed with goose liver
 2 large onions, minced
 1 box of chestnuts
 1 small box of button mushrooms
 1 cube of poultry bouillon
 250 ml white wine
 2 tbsp thick fresh cream

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the meat rolls

Take them out and set aside

Brown the onions in the fat of the meat rolls

Add the mushrooms and chestnuts

Deglaze with white wine

Add the chicken bouillon

Put the meat rolls back

Put the instant pot back in pressure cooking 15min

At the end of cooking, take the meat rolls out (leave the rest in the tank)

Pass the instant pot in mode browning

Add the fresh cream

Let cook 1min
