This is an interesting combination of fennel and carrot soup. The fennel has a lot of tough fiber contrary to the carrot. Mixing the two together will give the soup a smoother texture.
Ingredients

2 fennels
2 onions
Salt
Pepper
2 bouillon cubes
2 tbsp fresh cream
1 l water
Cumin (optional)
Directions
Cut vegetables into pieces
Put all ingredients in the instant pot (except cream)
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 10min
