These flat sausage have different name and filling depending from which country they are prepared. They are made of pork and have a caul of fat around them to keep the ingredients inside. You can accompany them with a sauce and some vegetables
Ingredients
4 flat sausage
100 g bacon
1 onion
1 shallot
2 clove of garlic
1 can peeled whole tomatoes
Thyme
250 g Button mushrooms,
Pepper
1 cup of water
Directions
Mix the contents of the tomato can and set aside
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Fry the chopped onion,
Add the remaining ingredients (including tomato) and simmer 5min
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10min
