Florentine baked eggs

This is a more elaborate preparation of baked eggs. They will be baked on top of a bed of spinach in a white sauce. Some sprinkle cheese on top will enhance the flavor of the dish.

Ingredients

 4 large extra-fresh eggs
 120 g washed spinach shoots
 ½ minced onion
 2 oil
 300 ml cold milk
 15 g butter
 15 g flour
 15 g Parmesan
 Salt, pepper

Directions

In brown mode

Pour the oil into the bowl

Cook the onion and spinach

Set aside

Melt the butter

Add the flour and then the milk

Mix to thicken.

Add the vegetables

Stop the browning mode

Seasoning

Divide into ramekins

Break an egg

Place parchment paper in the bottom of the vat

Put the ramekins on top

Pour 20 cl of water

Start cooking under pressure for 4 minutes

Decorate with grated parmesan cheese
