Fresh prawns, crisp vegetables with parsley and cider

This is a more complex preparation of prawns. It will take a little time but the result should be worse it. The prawns will be served on a bed of vegetables. The cider should give them a unique savor.

Ingredients

 25 fresh peeled prawns, except tail
 2 shallots, minced
 1 carrot cut into julienne
 ½ zucchini cut into julienne
 1 fresh tomato peeled and cut into small pieces
 1 lime juice
 1 cup cider
 1 tbsp chopped garlic
 1 tbsp chopped parsley
 Butter + olive oil
 Salt and pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Melt a piece of butter with a little oil

Brown the prawns until they start to turn pink

Brown the shallots, carrots, and zucchini stirring constantly

Add the tomato

Wet with half the glass of cider

Add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper, as well as garlic and parsley

Stir well

Pour in the rest of the cider

Place the prawns on the preparation

Switch the instant pot to quick mode 1 minute

As soon as cooking is complete, stop the quick cooking and open the lid immediately
