Ingredients
3 small white leeks cut into pieces (about 1cm)
15 sticks of surimi (fish) cut to the same size as the leeks
100 g bacon
1 tsp curry
200 ml fresh cream
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Brown the leeks in a little olive oil
Add the bacon, surimi, and curry
Stop browning mode
Add the fresh cream
Switch the instant pot to warm mode for a few minutes
