Fried beef with Munster

How about some fried beef with vegetables and a nice sauce? In the following recipe, after the meat is brown, cheese and vegetables will be added. All these goodies mixed up together will make that dish delicious.

Ingredients

 800 g beef stir-fry
 2 minced onions
 1 clove crushed garlic
 500 g potatoes cut into cubes
 1 large can of button mushrooms
 250 ml veal stock
 350 g munster
 1 cup of fresh cream
 1 can of peas

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Fry the beef and onion

Add the potatoes, mushrooms, veal stock, Munster

Put the instant pot in quick cooking 20min

Add the fresh cream and peas

Put back in browning mode 5min

Drain the juice in a bowl from the dish before serving
