Fried beef with paprika, cumin and vegetables

There are many ways to prepare fried beef. And, you can add all kind of spices and vegetables to change the outcome of the dish. The next one is done with beef, the usual vegetables and a few spices to enhance the dish.

 800 g of beef bourguignon
 200 ml of water
 5 potatoes in pieces
 4 large carrots in rings
 1 onion minced
 1 bunch of chopped parsley
 2 cloves of garlic crushed
 100 g of fresh cream
 50 g butter
 1 tbsp oil
 1 tbsp paprika
 1 tsp cumin

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the meat in a mixture of butter and oil

Remove the meat and set aside

Fry the carrots in the cooking juices

Add water, paprika, cumin, garlic, and put back the meat

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 30min

At the end of cooking, add the potatoes

Put the instant pot back in quick cooking 20min

At the end of cooking, make sure that the meat is not too hard

If this is the case, extend the cooking time 10min
