This is a recipe of fried pork with many spices to enhance the preparation. The sauce will be made with wine and cream. It should be a good dish to eat with potatoes or other vegetables.

 1 kg pork stew
 8 shallots minced
 ½ cup white wine
 1 tbsp mustard
 Provence herbs
  Origan
 spice salt
 5 berries
 2 tbsp fresh cream
 Salt
 Cornstarch

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the shallots

Add pork and spices

Mix well and let brown for a few minutes

Add white wine, mustard, and cream

Mix the cornstarch to thicken the sauce

Switch to ingredients mode, cut pork and choose the weight
