 1 bag of scallops thawed in milk
 1 package of fresh tagliatelle
 1 large handful of frozen zucchinis in slices
 200 ml of vegetable broth
 Salt, pepper

Dry the scallops on absorbent paper

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the scallops on each side

Remove them and reserve

Cook the zucchinis in the cooking juice

Add the broth and the tagliatelle

Switch the instant pot in pressure mode 2min

Serve with the scallops on the tagliatelle
