Ingredients
800 g stew wild boar
30 g chopped cep mushrooms
3 minced shallots
2 tbsp flour
Sunflower oil
1 bouquet garnished
1 cube beef bouillon
Salt
Mixture 5 berries
300 ml water
Directions
Put the meat in a freezer bag with flour
Shake the bag to coat the meat well
Put the instant pot in browning mode
Brown the boar in the oil on all sides
Add all the ingredients
Cook the instant pot under pressure for 15min
