This is an interesting dessert. The fruit will be cooked in Jasmin tea. They definitely will take a special taste after cooking in the tea. They will be served the next day for a nice dessert.
Ingredients
600 g of diced exotic fruits (pineapple, mango, banana)
400 ml of water
60 g of sugar
4 bags of Jasmin tea
Directions
Put the instant pot in browning mode
Pour the water into the bowl
Add the sugar and tea bags
Mix and infuse to your taste
Remove the tea bags
Pour the fruit
Cook under pressure 10min
Keep cold overnight
Serve very cold with cat's tongue cookies
