Tofu has become very popular among vegetarians. It can replace meat adequately. In that recipe, you mix it up with some vegetables making a really healthy dish.
Ingredients
1 block of tofu
2 red peppers
1 green pepper
2 tomatoes
1 onion
1 small can of soy sprout
Soy sauce
1 tbsp fresh coriander
1 tbsp sesame seeds
½ tbsp garlic, coriander and cumin
1 tsp sugar, chili powder
1 miso cube diluted in 100ml water
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Put the onion, sesame seeds and all the spices (except the chili pepper)
Add the soy sauce
Put the tofu in cubes, the peppers in strips, the chopped tomatoes, the sugar, the soy sprouts, the fresh coriander
