How about a dish of octopus if you like them? The whole beast will be steamed before being chopped up and fry in oil with garlic and herbs.

Galician octopus

Ingredients

 1 octopus of about 1.5 kg
 6 cloves of chopped garlic
 1 tbsp of smoked paprika
 2 small pimentos (optional)
  Chopped fresh parsley
 Salt and pepper
 Olive oil

Directions

Put the octopus in the steam basket with 200ml of water

Put the instant pot under pressure for 10min

At the end of cooking, let it cool before cutting it (slice its tentacles, slice its head, throw the central part away, above the tentacles)

Empty the water from the tank

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the octopus sprinkled with oil, garlic, paprika, and pimentoes

Put the parsley when serving
