This is another quick way to fix gnocchi. You just mix them with some sausage in slices and a little cream. A salad would accompany well the dish.
Ingredients
100 g gnocchi
56 slices of strong chorizo
200 ml fresh cream
½ cup water
1 drizzle of olive
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Brown the chorizo in a drizzle of oil
Add the gnocchi + 20 cl of cream + water
Cook under pressure 3 minutes
