French have a lot of different cheeses to choose from. Actually, almost every region has its own typical cheese. In that recipe, you will use some soft creamy round cheese and mix it up with the gnocchi.

 400 g gnocchi
 2 shallots, minced
 300 ml liquid cream
 200 ml water
 200 g smoked bacon
 1 soft round cheese (reblochon)

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the shallots and bacon 3min

Cut the cheese into small pieces and add as soon as all the ingredients are in the tank

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 5min
