Green vegetables tajine with bulgur

How about a green tajine? Whatever green vegetable you have around, you can add it up in the preparation. It will be served with bulgur and it's also a good vegetarian dish.

Green vegetables tajine with bulgur

Ingredients

 A drizzle of olive oil
 1 onion, minced
 200 g of snow peas
 200 g of shelled peas
 1 bunch of chard leaves
 ½ chinese cabbage, minced
 200 g of bulgur
 A few leaves of mint
 250 ml vegetable broth
 1 tbsp curry
 Fresh coriander

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

In oil, fry the onion

Add the peas, chard, cabbage, and curry

Brown 3 minutes more

Add the broth

Switch the instant pot to cooking pressure 4 minutes

At the end of cooking, remove from the tank and set aside

Put the bulgur in the tank with 1x 1/2 its volume of water

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 7min

At the end of cooking, mix the herbs with the bulgur and serve in a separate dish with vegetables
