Ingredients
650 g of potatoes in pieces
3 steaks chopped in pieces
300 ml of water
3 tbsp of veal stock
½ can of tomato paste
Salt
Sauce thickener
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Brown the potatoes 5min
Add the other ingredients except the sauce thickener
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 8min
Add the sauce thickener at the end of cooking for a more unctuous sauce
