This is another version of ground steak with vegetables. Good spices and cream will enhance and enrich the whole dish. A good meal to share with your friends.

Ground steak with potatoes and green beans

Ingredients

 5 potatoes cut into large chunks
 2 chopped onions
 4 chopped steaks cut into pieces
 1 jar of semi thick cream
 Curry powder or curry sauce
 Green beans (or flat beans)
 Provence herbs
  Salt

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the onion a few minutes

Add the potatoes

Brown 1 minute

Stop browning then add the chopped steaks and curry sauce

Mix by adding the cream, the Provence herbs, and salt

Switch the instant pot to fast cooking mode 5min

Once the cooking is finished open the instant pot

Mix gently

Add the green beans and put them back in fast cooking mode 5min
