 2 guinea fowl legs
 2 minced onions
 250 ml water
 2 cubes of broth
 1 cup rice
 Parsley
 Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the legs and set aside

Sauté the onions

Put the legs and the rest of the ingredients back in pressure cooking mode 15min
