Fish goes very well with Asian spices and cooking. In that recipe, you mix hake in a tomato sauce with ginger and bamboo sprout. Some nice and tasty spices will make a really good dish.
Ingredients
4 frozen hake steaks
1 crushed garlic clove
1 large chopped onion
1 green celery stalk sliced
1 small jar of bamboo shoots
450 g chopped tomatoes with juice
1 small jar of roasted red peppers
1 fresh ginger root sliced
1 tbsp turmeric
½ tbsp chopped coriander
1 pinch chili
Oil
200 ml water
Salt, pepper
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Fry the onion, garlic and ginger in a little oil
Add the celery, bamboo shoots, tomato, pepper, and 200ml water
Salt, pepper, and the spices
Put the instant pot in pressure mode 10min
Add the hake on the vegetables
Put it back in pressure 4min
