Ingredients

 4 frozen hake steaks
 200 g rice
 1 small onion, minced
 1 clove of garlic, crushed
 1 small can of crushed tomatoes
 1 tbsp tomato paste
 1 jar of chickpeas
 1 package of tandoori spices
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onion

Add the garlic, tomato, concentrate, and chickpeas

Add the rice

Salt, pepper

Add the spices

Add the water up to the line

Put the instant pot in pressure mode 6min

Add the hake over the preparation

Put the instant pot back in pressure cooking 4min
